Sri Krishna’s Greatness

Uncategorized

Imagine a Sabha filled with the greatest of the great: kings, sages, warriors, and realized beings. Not a small gathering where opinions float casually… but a hall where every word carries the weight of Dharma.

In that powerful moment, Yudhishthira asks a simple yet profound question:

“Who deserves the first honour?”

And all eyes turn to Bhishma.

Now Bhishma was not someone who spoke lightly. He had seen generations rise and fall. When he answered, he didn’t hesitate.

He said: “Like the sun among stars, one shines above all: Krishna.”

Not a poetic exaggeration. A recognition.

Krishna was not being honoured for charm or diplomacy. He was being acknowledged as the axis around which power, wisdom, and Dharma moved.

But, as always happens when truth is spoken plainly… resistance arose.

Shishupala objected.

And Bhishma’s response cuts through illusion even today:

“He who does not accept rightful homage deserves neither gentle words nor appeasement.”

Strong words. But necessary.

Because this wasn’t about ego.

It was about recognizing the Highest when it stands before you.

Bhishma goes further; saying Krishna is:

• The greatest among the wise

• The strongest among warriors

• The teacher, the father, the preceptor

In short… the one who cannot be measured by one role alone.

Then comes a moment that almost feels cinematic.

Sahadeva declares boldly:

“If anyone disagrees, I place my foot upon their heads.”

And what happens?

Nothing.

No king moves. No warrior rises.

Because truth, when fully revealed, silences even the strongest egos.

Flowers rain from the heavens. Narada approves. The universe itself seems to nod in agreement.

What This Means for a Seeker

This isn’t just a story. It’s a mirror.

We all stand, in our own way, in that Sabha.

And life keeps asking us: “Can you recognize the Highest when it appears?”

Or do we hesitate… analyse… doubt… delay?

This is where Krishna Mantra becomes more than sound.

When you chant:

• Aum Achyutaya Namaha

• Aum Anantaya Namaha

• Aum Govindaya Namaha

You are not just repeating names. You are aligning yourself with that same unquestionable centre of clarity, Shakti and Dharma that Bhishma recognized instantly.

And perhaps, just perhaps…

you begin to hear that distant Shankha Nada of Kurukshetra, not as a war cry, but as a wake-up call. An invitation to step beyond pause… and into purpose.

If something within you quietly resonated, you are not as far as you imagine. Come, step into our Tantra circle: https://shorturl.at/6gxgH where these mantras are not just spoken, but lived and let that inner awakening find its rhythm.
